ENGLISH/ SCIENCE FRIDAY 26TH OF FEBRUARY

 Good morning everyone!!!!

Today we are going to see each other in the Zoom class, but I leave you here the homework for the weekend.

First, in Science I want you to copy and answer these questions in your notebooks:

1. Which is the layer that has the air we breathe?

2. Which is the layer with the ozone layer?

3. Which is the layer with very little air?

4. Which instrument do we use to measure the wind direction?

5. Which instrument do we use to measure the speed of the wind?

6. What are the main factor of climate?

7. What different climate do we have in Spain?

After that to help you study and understand the climates I would like you do a main map with the information about the climates in Spain (temperature and precipitation/rain), like a show you in the next picture: 

We will correct everything on MONDAY in class!!!

In the Zoom class we are going to read page 59 of the pupils book and talk about the different questions, and we will explain the homework for the weekend. You will have to do the writing of page 54 of the activity book  it is about a mythical creature

And that would be all!!!

ENGLISH/SCIENCE THURSDAY 25TH OF FEBRUARY

Good morning everyone!!!

Today we don´t see each other (I know you are going to miss me haha) buuuuut I leave you here a bit of homework to do.

First of all, correct the homework from yesterday (exercise 1 in page 52 in the activity book) I post here the picture with the correction. 

Once you have done that you will have to read page 60 from the pupil`s book and in the activity book in page 55 do exercise 2, you will need to look on the Internet.

When you finish that, please go to page 56 (in the activity book) and do the exercises 1, 2, 3 and 4 (they are revision of the vocabulary, try to do without looking at the book)

And that would be all of English!!! ... now ....

In Science today we will work with the climates in Spain, on Tuesday I sent you a video in which you can see a little bit of the climates that we have in our country. Now I would like you to read page 23 and watch this video:

Once you have read and watch the video, do exercise number 3 in page 23, you need to copy and match the sentences.

We will check everything tomorrow in the online class.

NATURAL SCIENCE MONDAY 18th JANUARY 4º PRIMARIA

Good morning guys!!!! 

Today we will have science homework, last week we left you some introductory videos to the subject, in them you could see how to have a healthy lifestyle and the different groups of food based on their nutrients, well today we will work with the book. We want you to look at the picture on page 22 and try to list hoy many diseases or illnesses you can see. Once that is done and, in your NOTEBOOK, we will carry out exercise 3 on page 23, where you will have to match the symptoms with the corresponding illness.

Once the exercise is done you must go to page 24, there you will find the information of one of the videos from last week, read the page or listen to it (If you have already accessed to the digital platform), it tells us about the food groups and healthy food. Once you have read (if you need to go back to the videos from last week do it) we will do in the NOTEBOOK exercise 4 on page 25, in which we must CREATE a healthy and balance menu for one day and compare it with what you ate yesterday to know if you ate healthy or unhealthy food.

SCIENCE THURSDAY 14th January 4º PRIMARIA

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!! Today we are going to work with Natural Science, remember that now we are in book number 2 Unit 3 “Common illnesses”. Here we leave you some videos about healthy diet with the different groups of food, and healthy habits.

And here you have some games to practice with the vocabulary and the information you have from the video. You don´t need to send us anything. Just do it and we will talk about it in class the first day. HAVE FUN!!!
